Q. How can I access my account on The Village Line?
A. If this is your first time using The Village Line, your password will be the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. For security reasons, users should change this password once you've entered the system to another 4-digit number. If you happen to forget your password, please call the Customer Care Center at (617) 969-4300 and we will be happy to reset it for you.
