A new Village Online Banking experience is here.

The launch of the new Village Online Banking is complete!  Below you will find details about the process to access the new system.

On Monday, September 16th, your Village Online Banking User ID will remain the same, but must be entered as all lowercase letters. In addition, your current Online Banking password will be invalid. Your new, temporary password will be the last five digits of your Social Security number. Once you have signed on with this temporary password, you will be asked to change it to a new password of your choice.

Customer Care Extended Hours
Our Customer Care Center will be extending their hours of operation from Friday, September 13th through Friday, September 20th in order to assist Village Online Banking users. Those hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am to 2:00pm

Below you will find additional information about the conversion of our Online Banking & Bill systems that occurred Friday, September 13th to Monday, September 16th:

Online Banking

  • Access to your account(s) (using your current password) will be available in READ ONLY mode as of 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 13th. This means you will be able to view the status of your account and recent transactions (such as debit card activity), but unable to perform online activities such as the transfer of funds between accounts.
  • Full access to your account(s) will resume during the day on Monday, September 16th.
  • As explained above, the first time you login to the new Online Banking & Bill Pay system following the conversion, you will be asked for a temporary password. That password will be the last five digits of your Social Security number. Once you have signed on with this temporary password, you will be asked to change it to a new password of your choice.  

Online Bill Pay
If you are a Bill Pay customer, you will be pleased to know that all of your previously established payees will automatically convert to the new system. However, payments scheduled around the September 13th - September 16th conversion schedule will be affected as follows:

  • Bills scheduled for one-time or recurring payment to be made on or before Thursday, September 12th and on or after Monday, September 16th, will be processed as scheduled.
  • Bills scheduled for one-time or recurring payment to be made between Friday, September 13th and Sunday, September 15th will be processed on Monday, September 16th.
  • If you have any payments that must be sent between Friday, September 13th and Sunday, September 15th, please schedule them to be sent on Thursday, September 12th.
