Assistant Manager of Information Systems

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a medium sized organization where you will be able to contribute on a wide level of ranges in the Information Systems department.  We are seeking an individual who is knowledgeable in Novell/ GroupWise, Microsoft Access, COLD Storage solutions and general networking systems or a power user of Fiserv’s VISION product(s) and Microsoft Access with basic network knowledge.

Assistant Branch Manager
The Village Bank, located in the “villages” of Newton, has enjoyed serving our community for 97 years. Our unique market area is community banking at its best, where the customer is part of our Village. We offer both customers and employees the strength of independence and flexibility in an industry fraught with mergers and acquisitions.

Our main office in the village of Auburndale has a wonderful opportunity for an individual with three to five years of retail banking experience. As Assistant Branch Manager, you will help oversee the branch operations, ensuring all security and bank policies and procedures are adhered to, including daily settlements, and teller line supervision. 

This branch experiences high volume and the incumbent must welcome the opportunity to serve our customers with reliable, knowledgeable and professional service, focusing on sales prospects.

Full Time Teller
Are you currently working in retail; love the people, hate the hours? Are you ready to launch a new career? Are you looking for a professional environment? The Village Bank is looking for motivated people who want to learn new skills, love interacting with their customers and have some experience in retail sales and cash handling. You provide the desire; we provide on-the-job training to learn to become a teller. Both full and part time opportunities are available.

Candidates must be proficient in English and possess some computer skills. Starting rate $11.00+, based on experience. The Village Bank offers a competitive benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and a pension plan.
