Susan Paley joins The Village Bank
AUBURNDALE, MASSACHUSETTS, July 30, 2007 … Kenneth C. Brennan, president and CEO of The Village Bank, announced today that Susan Paley has joined the Bank’s residential lending team. A 20-plus-year veteran of the banking industry with experience in both commercial and residential lending, Paley comes to The Village Bank from Boston Private Bank in Wellesley, where she was vice president of residential lending.
A lifelong resident of Newton, Paley is a graduate of Newton South High School and Simmons College. She serves on the Board of Directors of Congregation Mishkan Tefila in Chestnut Hill and on the Board of Overseers for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She is treasurer of the Parent Association at Solomon Schechter Day School of Greater Boston in Newton, where her daughter Emily will enter the eighth grade in the fall.
Paley is a past president of the Newton Needham Chamber of Commerce and former vice-chair of the Planning and Development Board for the City of Newton. She is a founding Board Member of the Newton Senior Center.
She will be located at the Bank’s Village Loan Center at 319 Auburn Street in Auburndale.
