We have been made aware that some of our customers are experiencing technical issues with our mobile app. This is affecting customers who are accessing our mobile app on an Apple device.
App users may see an error message informing you that “your request could not be processed” when attempting to open the app.
Please be assured that you can still access your accounts with your mobile device by visiting village-bank.com in your browser and tapping the “Login” button.
We apologize for any inconvenience. We are diligently working with Apple on a solution, however, the anticipated date of resolve is Monday, October 15.
