The Village Bank President and CEO Joseph A. De Vito has announced the bank’s Auburndale branch and Village Wealth Management will move from its current location at 307 Auburn Street to 319 Auburn Street, formerly the address of the bank’s Loan Center.
Elaine Construction will perform the necessary work at 319 Auburn Street, which will begin in the coming weeks. The renovated space will contain a branch on the first floor, and Village Wealth Management will occupy the second floor. The new location will offer the same products and services to all customers, including safe deposit boxes.
“The Village Bank has been a part of Auburndale Square for more than a century. The neighborhood is part of our identity, and we plan to proudly continue that tradition for years to come,” De Vito said.
The construction and move are expected to be complete in the spring with minimal disruption to customers. The 307 Auburn Street location will operate normally throughout the transition. Once the 319 Auburn Street location is open, the bank will put 307 Auburn Street on the market for sale.
