Meet Carlos, Commercial Loan Officer
My name is Carlos Patista. I’m a commercial lender here at The Village Bank, and I’ve been a village banker for over 15 years. My job is rewarding at The Village Bank.
What do you find rewarding about being a Village Banker?
The culture here, you hear it all the time, we’re a family and I truly believe that. As far as openness it’s something that carries over to our customers as well.
What makes you feel good about helping your customers?
Just how far we go, in helping them, every single one, every individual that comes through the door. And like I said, we treat ’em like family and we go above and beyond for everyone here.
How do you live the pledge?
I live the pledge every day, by being committed to our customers, especially when it comes to the loan process, which can seem overwhelming. One thing that my main focus is to guide every customer all the way, and also to make ’em not feel like they’re stranded.
