The Village Bank ranked 19th in the Journal’s medium-company category, which includes organizations with 100-249 employees.

This is the Bank’s first appearance in the BBJ feature, in addition to being named in the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work feature in three of the past four years (2020-21, 2023).

“The Village Bank is honored to be recognized as one of this year’s Best Places to Work by the Boston Business Journal,” President and CEO Joseph De Vito said. “Our Village Bankers deserve all the credit. They work hard to create and maintain an outstanding culture and sense of family and community.”
