The Village Bank has a convenient way to use SMS texting on your mobile device for basic banking inquiries on your accounts to our Customer Care Center. The Village Bank SMS Text Chat uses end-to-end security encryption to ensure your message is encrypted for your security and privacy.
For extra security, please ensure that you do not insert any sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or account numbers into any SMS text or chat conversation.
Text 617-969-4300 with your basic inquiry to The Village Bank, and a live agent from our Customer Care Center Team will be there to support you. In addition to texting our phone number you may also utilize our Chat feature to convert a Chat to SMS.
The feature is available during regular Customer Service hours which may be affected by federal holidays. Regular hours include:
- 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday – Friday
- 9:00 am to noon on Saturdays
