*The Great Giveaway begins on July 1, 2022 and ends on September 30, 2022. Open to Massachusetts legal residents 18 years or older only. You will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes upon the completion of ten (10) signature- or pin-based purchase transactions using your Village Bank Debit Mastercard®. You are eligible to earn one (1) entry per month for a total of three (3) entries into the sweepstakes. You don’t need to be a customer of The Village Bank to enter or win. You may also enter by visiting a Village Bank branch and filling out an entry form. One (1) entry form per household will be accepted during the Giveaway time period. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on or around 10/03/22. The winner will receive a check for $5,000 and will be given the opportunity to select a charity for the Village Bank to donate an additional $5,000. A listing of eligible charities will be provided from which the winner will be required to select one (1) charity. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The winner must respond to The Village Bank within five (5) business days of initial contact or another winner will be randomly selected. The winner is required to sign a publicity waiver in order to participate which will allow The Village Bank to use their image and likeness in advertising and marketing materials. Failure to complete the publicity waiver may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event that the winner is disqualified for any reason, The Village Bank may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Employees of The Village Bank and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter The Great Giveaway.
