SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Village Bank “ATM Surprise Giveaway” begins Friday, February 23, 2024, and ends Friday, March 1, 2024. The “ATM Surprise Giveaway” sweepstakes will only be available at the ATM located at the Waltham Branch, 251 Moody Street, Waltham, 02453.

PRIZE: The chance to randomly receive $50 or $100 bills (in place of $10 or $20 bills) from the Village Bank ATM in Waltham.

ELIGIBILITY: The “ATM Surprise Giveaway” sweepstakes is open to any individual that would like to withdraw cash within the sweepstakes period. Individuals do not need to be a customer of The Village Bank to participate. A non-customer will incur the Sponsor’s standard ATM surcharge fee with each withdrawal at the Sponsor’s ATM in Waltham.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in The Village Bank’s “ATM Surprise Giveaway” sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and unconditionally accepts the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited by law.

ENTRY: To participate, visit the Waltham branch of the Village Bank on 251 Moody Street in Waltham, MA and make an ATM transaction. The chance to randomly receive $50 or $100 only occurs when withdrawing funds during the sweepstakes period.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning are dependent on the number of and amount of withdrawals conducted at the Waltham ATM. There are 10 chances to receive $50 bills instead of $10 bills while withdrawing funds; and 10 chances to receive $100 bills instead of $20 bills, or while supplies last.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Village Bank, advertising promotion agencies and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and liability of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded. The Sponsor is not liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or sweepstakes information. The Village Bank “ATM Surprise Giveaway” Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the state of Massachusetts for the resolution of any disputes to the administration of the sweepstakes.
